When it comes to making money with a blog there are at least 10 steps every blogger goes through in order to become successful in the blogosphere. While these steps are simple the work that’s required to become successful takes time, energy, focus and knowledge, however if you continue to focus on the core elements and build your blog it’s very likely that can make some money!By focusing on building your relationshipsand providing value you can grow an audience that will help you build your blog.If you already created a website and chosen a theme you can skip the first step.Let’s get started!Step 1. Create your websiteIf you already have a website you can skipthis part!If you don’t have a website yet the first step would be to set one up.In order to do that you need to choose a domain name for you website, choose a hosting service to house your website, andpick a theme for your blog.If you need help creating your first website than check out this post and come back after you’re done:8 simple steps for creating your first website.Step 2. Decide on the focus of your websiteDecide what your website is going to be about and what topics you will be discussing on your blog. The more you can narrow down on whats important the better you will be at finding yourtarget audience. This is extremely important because in order to attract an audience to your website it needs to have a focus that’s related to their wants and needs, and your content has to be able to help them reach their goals. If you’re having trouble thinking of what you want to do than you can do some reasearch to find an existing market that is in high demand and choose one that matches you skills and abilities or develop the skills you need to teach a specific topic to a proven market.By finding a market that has already proven that it has wants and needs, and iswilling to pay for a solution you can get a better grasp of how you’ll build your business and what area’s you have the best chance of impacting based on the skills you possess.Step 3. Create highly useful content for your target audienceAfter you’ve narrowed down your focus the next step is to begin creating content for your target audience.Create highly useful contentthat gives your readers inspiration, teaches them how to better at a skill or reach a goal and helps them find success in their own life.As the saying goes teaching sells and by teaching others what you know you’ll havea much easier time building an audience and helping them reach their goals. If it’s a review site give them some good advice on the best choices they can make.If it’s about comedy than make your best stuff stand out.If it’s about a service you provide show them samples that will catch their interest. The point is that you narrow down on whats important to them, highlight it and give them the best information so that they can implement it into their own lives or at least get enjoyment out of what you have to say or show them.Step 4. Grow your audience one person at a timeIn the beginninggrowing an audience takes time.Unless you have some connections or you’ve created something that’s so good people can’t ignore it building an audience is going to take some time.Respond to your readers whenever possible, listen to their wants and needs and focus on them.Your audience is the reason for your blog so their opinions matter.Don’t try to be a hero to everyone, just focus on those who can provide the best results. You can only do so much, but those who are at the heart of your blog are the oneswho will help you grow it.Step 5. Create a marketing strategy for your blogThere’s a saying that goes “in the beginning you should spend %80 of your time outside of your blog (marketing and building relationships) and 20% working on your blog (such as communicating withyour audience or writing content)”.In some ways I agree with this idea.In order to get noticed you’ll have to get yourself out there.Communicate with as many people as possible and use whatever opportunities are available to you to get yourself heard. Some of the things you can do to get yourself out there include writing for other blogs, interacting with people on a variety of social media platforms, partnering up with other bloggers to create a webinar or start a project, createhow to video’s and upload them to YouTube and start a podcast. As your blog begins to grow you’ll need toshift your focus and spend more time on your existing audience. If you work hard enough your marketing efforts will eventually pay off and help youbuild a sustainable audience of ravingfans.Step 6. Build an email listEmail lists are extremely important for those who are serious about succeeding with their blogs.Having an email list allows you to proactively interact with and engage your audience without them having to search for you or go to your website by giving you the ability to send them an email whenever you have something important to say. While some of your visitors may not thinkto proactively visit your website they’ll automatically be reminded when you send them an email. It keeps your readers engaged and since they’ve given you permission to send them emails you have a large advantage over others who do not email their readers. Not only are email lists great for simple communication and giving your readers value they’re also great for announcing product/service launches, getting feedback on ways to improve your website and content and letting your readers know of any new changes you’ve made to your business.Email lists are also a great way to secure your audience in case something happensto your website.Even if you lose your website or shut it down you can take your email list with you wherever you go.In fact some businesses take email marketing so seriously that the entire focus of their business is to build and grow their email list.Step 7. Create a product or service tosell to your audienceAs your website begins to grow and take shape it’s likely that your readers will have a want or need that they are willing to pay for in order to find a solution.By connecting with them and learning about what is most important to them you’ll be able tocreate products and services that meet their needs.By help your audience successes you also create a sustainable income for yourself. It’s a win/win situation. If you don’t have any products or servicesor you lack the desire to create one you can always sell affiliate products. It’s a great way to get started because all of the hard work is done in creating the product is done. All you have to do is teach your audiencehow the affiliate product will help them reach their own goals and if they decide to purchase your affiliate product you make a commission. If possible try to start selling your products or services as quickly as possibleso that you can get feedback and improveyour strategy.Step 8. Get feedbackFeedback is extremely important. When your audience gives you feedbackyou can use it to improve a number of things related to your business such as whether your content resonates with them or not, if your website is easy to navigate and gives them the value they are looking for, whether you’re sending them emails at the right time or using the right forms of multimedia to communicate with them and whether or not they have an interest in your products/services and if it’s improving their lives.Without feedback it’s almost impossible to know if you’re heading in the right direction.By using analytics you can also gain lots ofhelpful feedback on the interests of your visitors. What they spend the most time on, where they’re coming from and if they are sharing your content or buying your products. All of this information (analytics + visitor feedback) can be used to help you shape and grow your website in the right direction.Step 9. Improve your content, products and services over timeAs you continue to build your blog it’s important that you keep expanding your education so that you can provide your readers with what they want. The more knowledgeable you have about your field the more you can contribute tosolving the wants and needs of your audience and the more they will value your opinion wh

Know About Ram Setu And Setu Samundram Project.
RAMA SETU:-Adam's Bridge, known in India as Rama's Bridge or Rama Setu,
is a chain of limestone shoals, between the islands of Mannar, near
northwestern Sri Lanka, and Rameswaram, off the southeastern coast of
India. The bridge is 30 miles (48 km) long and separates the Gulf of
Mannar (southwest) from the Palk Strait (northeast). Some of the
sandbanks are dry and the sea in the area is very shallow, being only 3
ft to 30 ft (1 m to 10 m) deep in places, which hinders navigation. The
name, Rama's Bridge or Rama Setu (Sanskrit; setu: bridge) for the shoal
of islands derives from the Sanskrit epic Ramayana, in which a bridge
from Rameswaram was built by allies of Rama that he used to reach Lanka,
and rescue his abducted wife Sita from the asura king, Ravana. The sea
separating India and Sri Lanka is called Sethusamudram, based on the
same episode.
What is Setu Samudram Project?
Setu Samudram shipping canal project (SSCP) is a
project that has been approved by the Government of India and its work
has been started near Kodand Ram Temple. In this project, Palk Gulf and
Gulf Mennar will be linked by making a shipping canal through
Rameshwaram Island. This will allow ships and boats to navigate in the
passage between India and Sri Lanka without having to circle Sri Lanka
(as is being done currently). This may save about 400 nautical miles
voyage on the West Coast. This project will connect the National Sea
Route. This canal will shorten the length of the sea route for ships.
Rs. 21 crore per year for fuel expenditure of ships will be saved.
Danger to Ram Setu
Ram
Setu Picture by NASAPictures taken by NASA [National Aeronautics &
Space Administration], USA from space show the remains of what appears
to be an ages old man-made bridge between Rameshwaram and Sri Lanka.
According to Hindu scriptures and belief, Lord Ram and his vaanar sena
had built a bridge from Rameshwaram to Sri Lanka about 17 lacs 25
thousands years ago. The discovery of Shri Ram Setu by NASA confirms
that Hindu scriptures and belief are correct in this matter and that
Ramayana is 'history' and not "mythology" as is often construed.
Setu Samudram [shipping canal
project] is based on the notion that it is inevitable to break the Shri
Ram Setu for easy navigation. This will amount to damaging a monument of
both, historical and religious importance to Hindus.
Why Ram Setu should not be damaged :
Ram Setu prevented the tsunami from advancing from Rameshwaram to Kerala.
Spiritual Significanc
Physical Significance
Social Significance
Better alternative solutions are also available !
According to the specialists, a sea route may be prepared for navigation without damaging Sri Ram Setu, by removing the barren sand heaps near village Mandapam between Rameshwaram and Dhanushkoti railway. This will not only give a shorter route for navigation but also protect the oldest man-made heritage .
Other Noticeable Events
An attempt to offend Hindus
The drill, which is being used to demolish the
bridge, is named 'Jai Hanuman'! Thus, as declared by the hermitage, this
is a direct attempt to humiliate Hindus. Two such machines taken there
have broken down. The government should take a lesson or two from this,
says the hermitage.
The issue concerns us all, and should be
taken up as Indians, without getting entangled in party lines and
political games. The Ram Setu or Adam's Bridge belongs to all humanity,
being an important heritage site; hence the government should not allow
it to become another issue affecting Hindu sensitivities. Nobody is
opposing the Sethu Samudram Project, only a realignment of the route is
being asked, as the present one destroys the Ram Setu.

Effects of irregular eating
Effects of irregular eating
Mouth ulcers may be painful, but they are the mildest ailment that
can result from irregular eating," says Dr Ajay Choksi, consultant
gastroenterologist at Nanavati Hospital. Here's what irregular eating
can do to your health, and how to correct it: Acidity and heart burn Your body has a natural clock, and if you don't eat at a fixed time every day, it will get confused about when to secrete enzymes for digestion. This causes erratic secretion of acids, which leads to heartburn and acidity. This is why you often experience a bloated feeling while travelling. Eat small snacks throughout the day when travelling, rather than three large meals. Fake weight loss Our body hoards fat as an automatic defence mechanism against starvation, and to conserve energy. Your body, therefore, reads a skipped meal or a crash diet as starvation, and reacts by slowing down the metabolism. So, when you skip meals, the weight loss you experience is simply a result of water being flushed out of the system, not loss of fat. Besides, you will regain this wait in no time. Irritable Bowel Syndrome Professionals who have stresfull jobs almost always feel the brunt on their system, which may show up as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). IBS is characterised by abdominal pain or cramping and changes in bowel function — bloating, gas, constipation and diarrhoea. An easy solution is to keep a jar of biscuits on your office desk (crackers are better than sweet cream varieties), that you can munch on every now and then. Taxes your organs Binge eating, which refers to sudden spurts of compulsive overeating, can damage your health. The sudden load on the stomach causes heartburn and the increased load on the liver can lead to liver damage. Binge eating has been associated with high blood pressure and raised cholesterol levels, heart disease, diabetes and gall bladder diseases. What makes your meals irregular? Diet: People often skip meals to lose weight, but this can prove harmful to your system. To lose weight, it is wiser to have four or five small meals throughout the day. So, have a small meal after every three hours. Travel: New cuisine can intimidate some people. They then tend to cut down on eating, without a moment's thought about how it would affect their health. If you are in a strange country and are afraid to experiment with the cuisine, you can always get your hands on some vegetables and brown bread at a supermarket or bakery. Sports: Athletes have to meet certain weight requirements in order to participate in physical activities such as gymnastics, swimming or bodybuilding. This may mean adopting a strict diet or loading up on proteins, both of which can be harmful. Work: People tend to forget about their meals when their work load piles up. It would then make sense to snack at intervals through the working day. Vitamin B can prevent mouth ulcers The B complex reserve is low among vegetarians. So, if they fast or diet, the level diminishes further and causes mouth ulcers. However, mouth ulcers can affect non-vegetarians too, if their diet is not well-rounded. Vitamin B complex tablets can prevent mouth ulcers. A reduction in Vitamin B complex could cause soreness of the tongue and lips in its mildest form, and anaemia in severe cases. |

Top 10 Languages Spoken In The World
Top 10 Languages Spoken In The World
10. French -- Number of speakers: 129 million Often called the most romantic language in the world, French is spoken in tons of countries, including Belgium, Canada, Rwanda, Cameroon, and Haiti. Oh, and France too. We're actually very lucky that French is so popular, because without it, we might have been stuck with Dutch Toast, Dutch Fries, and Dutch kissing (ew!). To say "hello" in French, say "Bonjour" (bone-JOOR). 9. Malay—Indonesian Number of speakers: 159 million Malay-Indonesian is spoken - surprise - in Malaysia and Indonesia. Actually, we kinda fudged the numbers on this one because there are many dialects of Malay, the most popular of which is Indonesian. But they're all pretty much based on the same root language, which makes it the ninth most-spoken in the world.Indonesia is a fascinating place; a nation made up of over 13,000 islands it is the sixth most populated country in the world. Malaysia borders on two of the larger parts of Indonesia (including the island of Borneo), and is mostly known for its capital city of Kuala Lumpur. To say "hello" in Indonesian, say "Selamat pagi" (se-LA-maht PA-gee). 8. Portuguese -- Number of speakers: 191 million Think of Portuguese as the little language that could. In the 12th Century, Portugal won its independence from Spain and expanded all over the world with the help of its famous explorers like Vasco da Gama and Prince Henry the Navigator. (Good thing Henry became a navigator . . . could you imagine if a guy named "Prince Henry the Navigator" became a florist?) Because Portugal got in so early on the exploring game, the language established itself all over the world, especially in Brazil (where it's the national language), Macau, Angola, Venezuela, and Mozambique. To say "hello" in Portuguese, say "Bom dia" (bohn DEE-ah). 7. Bengali -- Number of speakers: 211 million In Bangladesh, a country of 120+ million people, just about everybody speaks Bengali. And because Bangladesh is virtually surrounded by India (where the population is growing so fast, just breathing the air can get you pregnant), the number of Bengali speakers in the world is much higher than most people would expect. To say "hello" in Bengali, say "Ei Je" (EYE-jay). 6. Arabic -- Number of speakers: 246 million Arabic, one of the world's oldest languages, is spoken in the Middle East, with speakers found in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt. Furthermore, because Arabic is the language of the Koran, millions of Moslems in other countries speak Arabic as well. So many people have a working knowledge of Arabic, in fact, that in 1974 it was made the sixth official language of the United Nations. To say "hello" in Arabic, say "Al salaam a'alaykum" (Ahl sah-LAHM ah ah-LAY-koom) . 5. Russian -- Number of speakers: 277 million Mikhail Gorbachev, Boris Yeltsin, and Yakov Smirnoff are among the millions of Russian speakers out there. Sure, we used to think of them as our Commie enemies. Now we think of them as our Commie friends. One of the six languages in the UN, Russian is spoken not only in the Mother Country, but also in Belarus, Kazakhstan, and the U.S. (to name just a few places). To say "hello" in Russian, say "Zdravstvuite" (ZDRAST-vet- yah). 4. Spanish -- Number of speakers: 392 million Aside from all of those kids who take it in high school, Spanish is spoken in just about every South American and Central American country, not to mention Spain, Cuba, and the U.S. There is a particular interest in Spanish in the U.S., as many English words are borrowed from the language, including: tornado, bonanza, patio, quesadilla, enchilada, and taco grande supreme. To say "hello" in Spanish, say "Hola" (OH-la). 3. Hindustani -- Number of speakers: 497 million Hindustani is the primary language of India's crowded population, and it encompasses a huge number of dialects (of which the most commonly spoken is Hindi). While many predict that the population of India will soon surpass that of China, the prominence of English in India prevents Hindustani from surpassing the most popular language in the world. If you're interested in learning a little Hindi, there's a very easy way: rent an Indian movie. The film industry in India is the most prolific in the world, making thousands of action/romance/ musicals every year. To say "hello" in Hindustani, say "Namaste" (Nah-MAH-stay) . 2. English -- Number of speakers: 508 million While English doesn't have the most speakers, it is the official language of more countries than any other language. Its speakers hail from all around the world, including the U.S., Australia, England, Zimbabwe, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, South Africa, and Canada. We'd tell you more about English, but you probably feel pretty comfortable with the language already. Let's just move on to the most popular language in the world. To say "hello" in English, say "What's up, freak?" (watz-UP-freek) . 1. Mandarin -- Number of speakers: 1 billion+ Surprise, surprise, the most widely spoken language on the planet is based in the most populated country on the planet, China. Beating second-place English by a 2 to 1 ratio, but don't let that lull you into thinking that Mandarin is easy to learn. Speaking Mandarin can be really tough, because each word can be pronounced in four ways (or "tones"), and a beginner will invariably have trouble distinguishing one tone from another. But if over a billion people could do it, so could you. Try saying hello! To say "hello" in Mandarin, say "Ni hao" (Nee HaOW). ("Hao" is pronounced as one syllable, but the tone requires that you let your voice drop midway, and then raise it again at the end.) |
